The theme is ready to embed a secure workflow here. Add your Jotform Workflow / Jotform Sign / DocuSign signing URL in Theme settings → Business & workflow → Secure approved-creator onboarding / e-sign URL.
A Shopify theme by itself cannot securely store ID uploads, perform admin approval, produce a signed PDF and deliver that PDF to you. Those actions require a secure forms/e-sign service or custom app backend.
What the secure onboarding collects
Fansly verification materials
- Clear front of government ID.
- Clear back of ID when applicable.
- Photo holding ID and handwritten note with requested identifying information, current date and “For Fansly.”
- Verification video showing face and ID and following current platform instructions.
Content boundaries
The creator selects only categories they are personally comfortable producing, identifies hard limits and ask-first items, and may change future boundaries by written notice. The agreement requires all other performers to be 18+, consenting and compliant with platform verification rules.
Management scope
The agreement covers account setup, profile optimization, pricing and offer strategy, content organization, promotion, fan messaging, authorized chatters, analytics, PPV/tip/retention strategy, brand outreach, campaign coordination, production planning, payment tracking and general business administration.
Compensation
The supplied agreement states a 50/50 split of Net Managed Revenue unless a separate signed writing says otherwise, with intended bi-weekly payouts when funds are cleared and available.
Confidentiality, term & signature
The supplied agreement includes confidentiality/NDA obligations, a six-month initial term, 90 days’ written termination notice, Texas governing law language, electronic-record provisions, full legal name, date, electronic signature and initials.
